Today (21 Oct 2024), Ms. Jiraporn Sindhuphrai, Minister to the Prime Minister's Office, spoke about the request to set up an outsider committee to investigate the "Consumer Protection Board Angel" audio clip issue, saying that Mr. Chatphong Jiraphan, senior prosecutor and chairman of the committee, is considered a reliable person with honesty in his work, and the Department of Special Investigation (DSI), Royal Thai Police, and the Office of the Permanent Secretary to the Prime Minister are trying to bring in people who are not involved with the Consumer Protection Board to be on the committee.
